Getting started is easy! Simply go to our contact us page and send us your details so we can engage the year level and subject you require.  We will then book a session through our platform by selecting a time that works for you. After that, you'll receive a confirmation with a link to join the online session. Once you're ready, just log in, meet your tutor, and start learning! 

 No special software is required. All you need is:

• A device (laptop, tablet, or desktop) with a webcam and microphone.
• A stable internet connection to ensure smooth communication.
• We use an online platform that supports live video, screen sharing, and interactive whiteboards, so all you need to do is log in.g! 

Lessons are conducted in a live, interactive online environment. Your tutor will guide you through the material using an online whiteboard, shared documents, and other digital resources to make the lesson engaging. You’ll be able to ask questions and interact in real time, just like a face-to-face session. 

 We track progress through regular assessments and provide feedback after each session. Your tutor will also keep you informed of your child’s progress and areas of improvement. We believe in maintaining open communication with parents or guardians to ensure continuous improvement. 

Our typical sessions last 1 hour, but we can offer longer or shorter sessions based on your needs. You can discuss session length with your tutor during booking or on the first day.
